Our Story
We got tired of waiting
for someone else to fix it.
You know the feeling. You're on a video call and your face freezes mid-sentence. You're uploading something important and it takes three hours. You call support and wait on hold until you give up.
We lived that. For years. In the same towns you live in.
There's a moment when you realize nobody's coming to help.
The big telecom companies aren't evil—they're just big. When you have millions of customers, Central Indiana isn't a priority. It's a line item. A region code. A quarterly report footnote.
They'll tell you fiber is "coming soon" for a decade. They'll promise speeds they can't actually deliver. They'll raise your rates and dare you to leave— because where else are you going to go?
We decided to give people somewhere else to go.
"What if we just... built it ourselves?"
That question started everything.
So we started building.
Not a startup with venture capital and growth targets. Not a reseller slapping a new logo on someone else's network. An actual internet service provider, with our own infrastructure, serving the communities where we live.
We run fiber where the big companies won't. We put up towers to reach the areas fiber can't. We answer our phones when you call—and the person who answers actually lives here.
We're not trying to be the biggest ISP in the country. We're trying to be the best one in Central Indiana. That's a different thing entirely.
What we believe
The price should be the price.
No promotional rates that triple after a year. No hidden fees that show up on your third bill. No equipment rental charges for hardware that costs us $40. You should know exactly what you're paying before you sign up.
Contracts are for people who are afraid you'll leave.
If we're doing our job right, you'll stay because you want to, not because you're locked in. We don't do contracts. Month to month, cancel anytime. We earn your business every single month.
Support should be supportive.
When you have a problem, you should be able to reach a human being who can actually help you—not a phone tree, not a chatbot, not someone reading from a script in another timezone. We pick up the phone. We fix the problem.
Fast internet isn't a luxury anymore.
It's how kids do homework. It's how people work from home. It's how businesses run. Reliable, high-speed internet is infrastructure—as essential as electricity and water. Everyone deserves access to it.
We're just getting started.
Every month, we're reaching more homes. Every month, we're running more fiber. Every month, someone in Central Indiana who was stuck with bad internet finally gets a real option.
This isn't a short-term play. We're building infrastructure that will serve these communities for decades. The fiber we're laying today will still be carrying data when your kids have kids.
That's the thing about building something real—it takes longer, but it lasts.
"The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. The second best time is now."
We're planting trees.
